How is it billed?
Monthly by invoice. You pay by card, bank transfer or wallet credit, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time through a support ticket. The plan will not renew after the month you have paid for.
What fits in one hour?
Usually a few text or photo changes, a new team member or a small new section. We tell you before starting if a request will take longer.
Do you work on sites you did not build?
Yes. We do a health check at the start so we know what we are looking after.
