What we need from you

  • Login to the registrar or DNS host where your domain is managed.
  • Details of your hosting, such as the server IP or nameservers.
  • Details of your email provider and any other services that send email for you.
  • A Cloudflare account, if you want Cloudflare.

Will my website or email go offline?

We plan the change so the old and new set-up overlap, which avoids downtime in almost every case.

Why does it say up to 48 hours?

DNS changes are cached by internet providers around the world. Most see them within a few hours, but some take longer.

Do you sell domains?

No. Our domain search sends you to a partner. We can set up DNS for a domain registered anywhere.
