Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

woglobal.net is owned and operated by JBCLOUD LLC, a limited liability company at 300 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, United States ("we", "us", "our"). JBCLOUD LLC is the seller of everything you buy on this website.

This Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver what you buy. It is part of our Terms of Service and your Customer Agreement.

1. Everything is delivered online

We sell digital products and online services only. Nothing is shipped. There are no shipping costs, no physical packages and no tracking numbers. Everything is delivered in your account on woglobal.net, by email, or both.

To receive anything, you need an account with a confirmed email address that has been approved by our staff.

2. Digital downloads

This covers WoGlobal Academy PDF ebooks and website templates.

  • When: straight after your payment is confirmed. For some orders from new accounts, our staff do a quick check first. When that happens, your download appears as soon as the check is done, and we tell you if it will take longer than usual.
  • Where: in your account under Downloads. We also email you when your download is ready.
  • How: download links are private to your account. Keep your own copy of each file once you have downloaded it.

If a file will not download or open, tell us and we will help or send you a working copy.

3. Web design and development services

This covers website packages, custom web design and development work, and other project services.

When delivery time starts. The delivery time shown on the product page (or in your quote or order) starts when both of these are true:

  1. the invoice is paid (or the first milestone, if your order is paid in milestones), and
  2. we have the content we need from you, such as text, images, logos, logins and decisions.

Stages. Projects are delivered in the stages described in your order. Each stage is delivered in your account, and your order page shows a timeline of what has been done, what is next, and the messages between us.

Approval. You review each stage and approve it in your account or in writing, or ask for changes covered by your order. If you do not reply within 14 days of a delivery, the stage is treated as approved.

Your part. Delays caused by missing content, logins or decisions from you move the delivery date by the same amount of time. We will remind you if we are waiting for something.

Final delivery. When all stages are approved and the project is paid in full, we hand over the finished website, along with any logins and files included in your order.

4. Website Care plan

The Website Care plan starts when its first invoice is paid. The work included each month is described on the product page. You can see the work we have done and send requests in your account.

5. Web hosting

  • Automatic set-up: most hosting plans are set up automatically, usually within minutes of payment.
  • Manual set-up: if your plan needs a manual set-up, or the automatic set-up cannot finish, we set it up within 1 business day.
  • Your details: your hosting login details are emailed to you and are always available in your account under Hosting & plans.

Hosting is delivered when the account details are sent to you. Renewals keep the same account. Nothing is charged automatically, so the service continues only when you pay the renewal invoice.

6. Domains

The domain search on our website sends you to a third-party partner (hexazn.com). We do not sell or deliver domains. Domain delivery follows that partner's own terms.

7. Delays and how we tell you

Sometimes things take longer than planned, for example because of a technical problem, a problem at one of our providers, or high demand. If we expect a delay:

  • we tell you as soon as we know, by email and in your order or ticket;
  • we explain the reason and give you a new expected date;
  • we keep you updated until it is delivered.

If a delay is our fault and is long, you can ask us about your options under our Refund Policy.

8. If you did not receive something

First check your account (Downloads, Hosting & plans, or your order page) and your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, open a support ticket with your order number, or contact us at [email protected]. We will look into it and get back to you as soon as we can.

9. Proof of delivery

We keep a record of every delivery, as proof that it happened. These records include:

  • the date and time a download was made available and each time it was downloaded, with the IP address;
  • each project stage delivered, each approval (including approvals after the 14-day period), and all order messages;
  • the date and time hosting details were sent;
  • emails we sent you about your order.

We may share these records with a payment company if a dispute or chargeback is opened.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
