Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

woglobal.net is owned and operated by JBCLOUD LLC, a limited liability company at 300 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, United States ("we", "us", "our"). "WOGLOBAL" is only the name of this website. JBCLOUD LLC is the seller of everything you buy here.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit woglobal.net, create an account, or buy anything from us. Please read them carefully. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. How these Terms fit together

These Terms work together with our Customer Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Delivery Policy. When you place an order, the order terms you sign for that order are added to your Customer Agreement. If something in these Terms conflicts with the Customer Agreement or the order terms you signed, the signed document wins for that order.

2. What we sell

We sell:

  • Web design and development services and website packages.
  • The Website Care monthly plan.
  • Web hosting on cPanel, billed monthly or yearly.
  • Digital downloads, such as WoGlobal Academy PDF ebooks and website templates.

What is included in each product or service is described on its product page, in your quote or invoice, and in your order details. Anything not described there is not included unless we agree it in writing. A message in your order counts as writing.

The domain search on our website sends you to a third-party partner (hexazn.com). We do not sell or register domains ourselves. Domains bought there are covered by that partner's own terms.

3. Your account and approval

To order, you need an account. When you sign up:

  • You must give true, complete and current details, and keep them up to date.
  • You must confirm your email address using the code we send you.
  • Our staff review new accounts. You can place orders once your account is approved. We may refuse or cancel an account at our discretion, for example if details look false or if we see signs of fraud or abuse.
  • You must sign our Customer Agreement electronically before your first order or wallet top-up. If we update it, we will ask you to sign the new version before your next order or top-up.
  • Larger orders need a separate signed sign-off of the scope, price and delivery terms before you can pay for them.

When you sign, we record the date and time, your IP address and browser, and a fingerprint of the document, and we keep a signed PDF copy. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account. You can turn on two-step login for extra security, and we recommend it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on the product page, quote or invoice.

Prices do not include and we do not collect sales tax, VAT or GST; you are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

You can pay by card or other online methods through our third-party payment processors (Flutterwave, Commas and Creem), by bank transfer, or with wallet credit. Some methods may not be available in every country.

  • Card payments are handled by the payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
  • We do not save cards. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
  • Every payment is a one-time payment that you make yourself, including renewals.
  • Work starts after the invoice is paid in full, unless your order says payment is in milestones.
  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled after the time shown on the invoice. Before we cancel, we check with the payment company once more, so a paid order is not cancelled by mistake.

5. Wallet credit

You can add credit to your account wallet and use it to pay any invoice. Wallet credit is not money held for you. It is:

  • non-refundable,
  • non-withdrawable, and
  • non-transferable.

It cannot be paid out to a card or bank account, and it is lost if your account is closed or deleted. Credit we add to your wallet as a refund or adjustment follows the same rules.

6. Renewals, suspension and termination

Hosting and the Website Care plan renew each month or year. Renewal works like this, using the current periods shown in your client area and in our notices:

  1. Renewal invoice. We send the renewal invoice 14 days before the due date.
  2. Reminders. We send reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 days before the due date, and on the due date.
  3. Suspension. If the invoice is still unpaid 3 days after the due date, the service may be suspended. A suspended hosting account stops working, but its data is kept for now.
  4. Final notice. We send a final notice before termination.
  5. Termination. If the invoice is still unpaid 7 days after suspension, the service may be terminated. When a hosting service is terminated, its files, databases and email accounts are deleted and cannot be recovered.

Renewals only happen when you pay the invoice yourself. If you want a copy of your data, ask us for a backup before the service is terminated. Paying the invoice while a service is suspended brings it back.

We may change these periods in the future. The periods that apply are the ones shown in your client area and in the notices we send you.

You can cancel a renewing service at any time by telling us through a support ticket. It will then not renew at the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Delivery and approval of work

We deliver project work in the stages described in your order, and you approve each stage in your account or in writing. If you do not reply to a delivery within 14 days, the stage is treated as approved. Digital downloads appear in your account after payment, and hosting is delivered when the account details are sent to you. Our Delivery Policy explains this in more detail.

Delivery times start when the invoice is paid and we have the content, logins and decisions we need from you. Delays caused by missing content or decisions may move the delivery date.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • give us the content, logins and decisions we need, on time;
  • only send us material you have the right to use (text, images, logos, data);
  • use our hosting, services and products lawfully and in line with these Terms;
  • keep your own copies of your website, files and data.

9. Acceptable use for hosting

You may not use our hosting, or let anyone else use it, for any of the following:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, or hosting websites promoted by spam.
  • Malware, viruses, botnets, or any code meant to harm other systems.
  • Phishing, fraud, scams or pages that pretend to be another person or business.
  • Illegal content or activity under the laws of the United States or the place where you live.
  • Infringing copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, including pirated software, films, music or books.
  • Crypto-mining of any kind.
  • Open proxies, VPN endpoints, IRC bots, or other services that let others hide their activity.
  • Any sexual content involving minors. We report this to the authorities.
  • Hate speech, threats, harassment or content that promotes violence.
  • Hacking, port scanning, or attacks on other servers or networks.
  • Using excessive CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth or database resources in a way that affects other customers on the same server.
  • Reselling or sharing the hosting account, unless your plan allows it.

10. Our right to suspend for abuse

If we believe you are breaking these Terms, especially the Acceptable Use rules, or if your account puts our servers, other customers or our payment accounts at risk, we may suspend or limit your service straight away and without notice. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. For serious or repeated abuse, we may terminate the service and close your account. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case, except where our Refund Policy says otherwise.

We may also remove content or suspend a service if a court, authority or valid legal notice requires it.

11. Backups

We may make backups of hosting accounts. These backups are a courtesy only. We do not promise that a backup will exist, be complete, or be possible to restore. You are responsible for keeping your own up-to-date backups of your website, files, databases and emails.

12. Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime on our hosting, but we do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance, problems at our providers, attacks and events outside our control can cause downtime.

13. Intellectual property

Your deliverables. When a project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content made for you as part of that order.

What we keep. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code libraries, methods and know-how that we use across projects. Where they are part of your website, you get a permanent licence to use them as part of that website.

Portfolio. We may show the work we made for you in our portfolio and marketing. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

Digital products. Ebooks and website templates are licensed to you for your own use. You may not resell, share, or give them away, unless the product page says otherwise.

Our website. The content, design and code of woglobal.net belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them without our permission.

14. Third-party software and services

Websites often use third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and scripts. These stay under their own licences, and you must follow those licences. We are not responsible for third-party software, updates, or services, or for changes made by their owners. Some third-party items may need their own paid licence or subscription.

15. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first and give us a fair chance to fix it before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card company. If a dispute is opened, we may suspend related services while it is open, and we may share your Customer Agreement, order records and delivery proof with the payment company.

16. Warranties disclaimer

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, our website, services, hosting and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every need you have, or that a website will achieve any particular search ranking, traffic or sales.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or damage to reputation.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about, and in any case to no more than the total amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to protect and repay us (and our staff) for any claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that arise from content you give us or host with us, your use of our services, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, power or internet outages, failures at our hosting or payment providers, cyber attacks, war, strikes, government actions and illness.

20. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in your account. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new Terms.

22. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to someone else without our written agreement.
