Will I lose content?

Normally no. We remove the bad code and keep your pages and products. If the attack deleted content, we restore it from a clean backup when one exists.

How did it happen?

Usually an old plugin, a weak password or another site on the same account. The report tells you what we think the cause was.

How do I keep it from happening again?

Keep plugins and themes updated, remove ones you do not use and use strong, unique passwords. The report lists anything specific to your site.
