How the work runs
Delivered within 5 working days of payment and root access to a clean server.
Check
Day 1: we confirm the server, operating system and licence are ready.
Install
We install cPanel & WHM and set the hostname, IPs and nameservers.
Tune and secure
We set up PHP, the web and mail servers, firewall, backups and monitoring.
Test and hand over
We create a test account, check everything works and send you our notes.
What we need from you
- A clean server with a supported operating system and root access.
- Your own cPanel licence for that server's IP.
- A domain for the hostname and nameservers, with DNS access.
- Reverse DNS changes at your server provider, or access to make them.
- Somewhere to store backups off the server.
Good to know before you order
Do you supply the server or licence?
No. Both are yours, so you stay in full control. We can suggest what to buy if you have not chosen yet.
Can you install on a server that already has sites on it?
We need a clean server for this service. If yours already has sites, we can quote for tuning it instead.
Will it connect to WHMCS?
Yes. We can connect it during WHMCS Setup, or give you the details to add it yourself.
